Sat on the docks at 11 Mile today for a couple of hours and caught around 40 fish. Problem was none surpassed the 8 inch mark. Water was extremely dirty. Still good to be out there. :chillin:

Satellite Picture doesn't look too promising.

OUCH, yeah, when we went out Friday, the Amercian side was muddy, the Canadian side was just rediculous!!!! Maybe 3 inches vis, American had around a foot or so. Just looked at the forcast ALL NORTH winds this entire week....will have to wait a couple weeks to catch anything.

Catching is catching. What were you using for bait.

That doesn't look too bad, . So,, do the fish completely move out and seek cleaner water or do they stay in the same spots and just shut down the feed bag for a while?
five more casts

with the STRONG west winds fri, sat and sunday, the water went back to blue. however, yesterday and today, the wind was out of the north. everything got dirty again. 11 mile is bad and so is the coast guard pier. the fish were there. (11 mile... real early in the morning.) coast guard, wait till the water clears, maybe after this week. saturday looks like the first warm day. the perch should be in if the water clears up. some were being caught before the change in weather. the big ones aren't far away. although in any other year, we would still be on the ice!
