Family member uses Johnny Stewarts and loves it! Believe he got it at Jay's Sporting Goods, Claire. He's been hunting songdogs for several years. D & R (one of the sponsors of this site) has them for around $170 base price, lots of accessories (remote is wonderful) for added $$$$$$$. Have fun shopping!!

If you'd like to 'talk' to him about his, I can see about hooking you two up via e-mail.......

I am a Firm beleiver in the Johnny Stewat caller. Our older caller is 15 years old. Other than replacing the battrey about 2 years ago (it would no longer take a charge) It has has been a great caller for all sorts of Varmits. We now have 2 of them!!! Long Live Stewart. ( I quess I prefer proven products over the Supercharged ones)

Good Luck

with the danger involved with the airplane's and the price of auto's nowaday's, even a expensive horse seem to me a much better option, maybe a little slower, but what better way to enjoy the outdoors......unless on the rivers........my horses dont float.
heck they dont even like water.

I personally have seen ray calling in birds\animals with the caller described........it's amazing.... :D

Ray:
would that thing work during the rut? LOL

Fox Pro is an excellent caller. Weighs less than 2lbs and the size of a flashlight, digital and will last for 100 yrs., good to 50 below. Can have up to 15 different calls programmed on it. Does have a remote. If you go the whole 9 yds it's in the 500.00 range. Standard: no remote and 4 or 8 calls 299.00
But the JS is a great caller too and would not hesitate to buy it.

Try looking at this location. They discuss building a call with Radio Shack parts for around $50 to $60. I didn't spend a lot of time reading this item as I already have a call and am using an MP3 player for my sounds. So your on your own.
