A couple weeks back I posted some quotes from the PETA, HSUS, Anti crowd. This morning I was looking for something and found this quote (from the post I made)
"If you haven't given voluntary human extinction much thought before, the idea of a world with no people in it may seem strange. But, if you give it a chance, I think you might agree that the extinction of Homo Sapiens would mean survival for millions, if not billions, of Earth-dwelling species ... Phasing out the human race will solve every problem on earth, social and environmental." "Les U. Knight" (pseudonym), "Voluntary Human Extinction," Wild Earth, Vol. 1, No. 2, (Summer 1991), p. 72.
I found the website for "Voluntary Human Extinction" It's a current site and it's f**c*d up. These people are real, they are whacked. These particular folks are probably too far out there, but their influence and finances are not.Take a look.

As whako as it is......the only species on earth that can screw it up for all species is Humans. But I certainly don't think that means we should whack all humans out:dizzy:

It's probably true, if we werent' here, things would be more "natural" and life would carry on as it did before humans appeared and began to change the land, but then again, why should we reverse natures plan of survival of the fittest by offing the most successful organism to ever live?;)

If you visit a site it only encourages them so they can show off their hit counter and possibly get more support or advertisers
What you need is someone to hack the site in a :evilsmile friendly way

Wow! Those people are really sick in the head. It's a shame people even have to hear from idiots like that. Worse yet certain lunatics subscribe to those beliefs.

Phasing out the human race by voluntarily ceasing to breed is what they say on the front page of their web site. It is not whacking or offing people, just a voluntary desire. But, there are many things wrong with their concept. It just will not work, period.
There are only a couple of truely basic instincts in people and the second most important one is to reproduce. It is easy to do with animals but with people it really would have to be voluntary and I just do not see it happening on a major scale.
As it is, just take a look at the numbers of people who subscribe to the principals of the "Shakers" or who feel an overwhelming need to join them.
If they feel so anti-human, I can't figure out why they don't lead by expample!!!!!??? Pretty scary stuff to read. And even more scary is that there are plenty of empty headed youth around to step in and take their place to carry on the ill advised meesage.

Looks as if they totally ignore the command of their Creator - "...and God said, be fruitful and multiply" - Genesis 1:28
