The Tittabawassee is totally open for boat fishing as of right now. From Wickes all the way to Bay City the river is open too. However still some spots of floating ice down past Bay City. The weather is gettin colder but i think at least the Tittabawassee will still be fishable by boats on Sat. Remember, Boat fishing=more fish.
