Will sleep 4 comfortably.
Is in good condition but will need some work.

First thing is the lifting system needs to be used and oiled. Sticks when going down. Currently it needs help but after some useage it will do it on it's own again.

Second is it has some water damage due to the vent being broken.

Last...is when I bought it all it had for seats and the beds was 2 inch foam. I did make covers for the seats but never finished doing them for the beds.

The last time it was used the furnace worked (but I used a electric heater instead), the stove worked, and the power inverter but I dont know if they do now or not.

I have a small question for ya...When you say water damage due to broken vent, what exact was damaged. Was it the roof or was it the interior and floor.

I think it was more moisture damage due to air getting in. There is a 1 inch lip around the vent so water would have had a hard time getting in. No water stains at all but the inside ceiling paneling is bowed around the vent.
