Sunday on the St.Clair River......Pure Dirt...

Me and DuckHunterToo went for a ride today and brought the boat. River was dirty, everywhere we went....Launched at Deckers DNR, Fished in front of Deckers, then the Snye, then to the middle Channel....All Dirty water. Had some POPS and Enjoyed being out there with no body in sight....Priceless!!!!!

Were you fishing down by the Clinton River Boat club, around 2 or 3pm. We were fishing the sunken ship in the Middle Channel, and saw one boat out there. We saw no fish, haven't seen the water the dirty in a long time.

I think that was me you saw out there, pewter Ranger/Yamaha. We went all over the river and were only able to pull 2. If the water cleans back up I think we should be able to get them again, but the weather doesn't look so good for the next week.

all this rain has sure made for some serious runoff. Anywhere there is water flowing into the river from a stream or creek its just solid mud. The lake huron water is still clear, so if you can get a little upstream of some of the inlets its a little better.

Yeah, we fished the run by the Boat club, we were in a Camo Prince Craft with a 40 Mariner.... Mostly went to Check on the Cottage off McDonald Island. We saw a Lund pull into Browns Bar, And i saw another boat by the 'Y' Cut.....That must have been you Guys.....
