Got the boat out for the first time this year on Anchor Bay. Pretty smooth water, but couldnt get any panfish to bite.

Launched out of Selfridge Sunday AM, went to the NNE 2.5 miles and C&R'ed two medium pike on jerk bait by 9am. Went for a ride straight south to the Clinton mouth to check for anything at the mouth. Nothing happening there so I cruised up to the Barracks for some panfish,nothing happening. Enjoyed just being out there, after the fog burned off it was a beautiful day.

What I was really excited to see out there were Divers in several flocks of 500 or more. Spring is here.

That spring bite is a hard bite on the lake. Way to get the boat broke in.
