After installing my replacement wiper motor I flipped the switch and it seems to work ok except the sweep doesn't reach as I had hoped. The arm is adjusted to proper legnth but the angle (specified 80 deg.) only seems to be about 45 deg. Any ideas on adjustments to get this thing to make the full 80 deg. angle?

sorry I can't say I have ever adjusted a wiper motor,,,I'm more of a rain-X guy, but hang in there someone on this board must know something about it.

When purchasing a wiper motor for your boat, the degree measured is in the straight down position (Say Mid Swing) it will (if specified 80deg.) swing 40 deg in either direction. (the fix) take the darn thing back and get a 110 deg motor....
