Considering buying a solar panel instead of a generator for my 5th wheel. Wondering if those more experienced campers have some advice regarding the effectiveness of panels, ease of install, dependability etc. Of course I realize the generator gives me electtricity when I want/need it instantly, but if I'm just cooking during the day, and using lights, maybe a television at night, will a solar panel power me / keep my battery charged? Thanks.
