Quality dogs and training????

Am interested into rabbit hunting with beagles. Me and my sons need something to do in the winter months since snowmobiles and going snowmobiling is so darn expensive now, not to mention the short seasons of it anymore. Where can i get some good quality dogs and training???? any info greatly appreciated!!!!
