the bunnies were out in full force and we didn't miss the opportunity to fill our game bags. 3 guys, 3 limits and saw 7 bunnies that made it to fill another day of fun next season.
i usually don't hunt bunnies in March, but my brother-in-law is going back to Iraq and this was our last time together for the next 2 years.
no dogs, just tromping through the brush and briars. caught 3 sitting:evil: and the rest were jumped and shot running. was, by far, the best day i have had bunny hunting in a long time.
