We were on a hunt last weekend to shoot pigs and buffalo, the butcher had abut a dozen livers on a pole, I asked he said take them. I fried a bunch of them up in cubes at camp, actually coated them with a wild game fish seasoning, they were awesome, some of the kids thought it was venison.

Although not one that particularly cares for liver in the usual fashion with the exception of fried chicken livers which are great. I do like to use hog liver when making a batch of scrapple. It seems to give just the right taste.
