I like them and have no problems with them so far. If you do a search on this topic, you'll find quite a bit of info on this mechanical.

Have used them for 4 years now and I will not ever switch to anything else. They are great broadheads.

I will not EVER is change is a pretty strong recommendation. My parents raised me to believe there is always something better, no matter what I think.

Several guy's I hunt with use them and love em'. They do produce a really nice blood trail.

I`ve taken a couple deer with the Spitfire and it`s lower rent cousin Shockwave. Always mindful of the angle and you get some energy loss. I still carry in my quiver. The last two years my 1st choice has been the Crimson Talon . Good Aerodynamics and wicked blood trail . All in all both are good when properly placed.:chillin:

flys great and leaves a great blood trail. And no rubber bands to mess with.

I suggest that you look up the old threads on this. You will find a concensus that the spitfire if well liked at broadside shots but has issues with quartering away shots and opening up.
Cost me two dear with perfectly placed shots while quartering away at 10 yards or less. I went back to thunderheads and like the gentelman above " I will not change again untill something better comes out."

i shot them for a couple years and took 4 deer with them. every deer i shot was recovered but i had a blade break on every head. switched to wasp jack-hammers and then to rocky mt. snypers. very very pleased with the snypers..... worth a look in my opinion.

i love my Thunderhead 125's but if I ever wanted to go to a mechanical that would be my weapon of choice!
