I switched to the hind sight last year and really liked it. It allows you to shoot a little later than if you were to use a peep sight. I would recommend one.

The thing I realy like about the hindsite is that its darn near imposable to anchor wrong and still line up the sites. Plus the low lite advantage.

I thought about one of those too but,i had never heard of any one having it or a good feild report.they seem like they could take alot of abuse.

I tried one a few years ago and could never get my accuracy dialed in with it. Some advantages (mentioned above), but for me the shorter distance between the front and rear sight was a disadvantage.

I installed the hindsight extreme on my pse firestorm lite and was impressed with how easy it is to use and set up. Took no time to tune in, and I can lock on target quickly. Proof was in the pudding when I drew back on a 7pt the first week of bow season and the arrrow was right on target. Give it a try, I don't believe you will be disappointed!

I was going to try one last season but for whatever reason talked myself out of it. However after talking to a few friends that have tried and liked them and seeing the above good reports I think I'll put one on as well. After all now is a good time to be testing any new equipment you might be taking into the field next season.

Two full seasons using the Hindsight, I'll never use a peep again. All the benefits above, plus you can see any bow torque as it's happening and correct.

i shoot a bear string with my normal sight because i just plain dont like a peep! i have tried a peep eliminator and that thing sucked! i had problems with that thing so i shoot bear string and i shoot fine. but i want to shoot a Hindsight!

I used to shoot a bowhunters league with one of the original business partners for the hindsight. I thought it was too gimmicky. The guy was a solid shot before the hindsight but, he did consistently put up the best scores from front to back. I bought one from him but when I opened it up one of the back crosshairs was out of whack. Never did get another one. You got me thinking now though. I have heard they can be a bear to setup. Depends on your form, anchor point repitition, etc. Good luck

I used one for a while too. It works ok but I shot to inconsistant with it. It blocks your sight to much and if you use more than one pin that could make it real tough.
I'm no expert archer but I recommend a large peep and a real nice site. spend some money on one so you will be happy with it. You will "outgrow" the hind site if you plan on shooting alot.

What I mean about out growing it is you will become a better shot and will not need it.

I made my own hind site a while back, to see if I would like it. What I did like about it, is it showed you when you were torquing the bow, right away. That was nice. But, I prefer the peep - fixed pin method (ok, I do have a slider too...)

Yeah I like the hindsight Idea my buddy and I (salmonslayer) made up a pro-totype and we made a few adjustments to it that made it better and we like it alot. I have shot it with just the hindsight alone and a short brakett and with a long braket and with a peep sight as well. I'll tell you the best way to use one I personally think is with a longer sight bracket and with a peep sight together because for those of you that still like the peep it not only helps you line up your peep but gives you the advantage of the decreased torquing like some of the guys said above. Hey if you want to know the physics of it just send me a PM. Good luck

Look at the No Peep too. People swear by it. Go to the eders.com forum and ask in there.
