What is the ideal size of picture for posting? Okay, two questions, do you use inches or pixels to resize pictures for posting?

Ideal for posting is no more than about 450 pixels wide and 72dpi. This makes for a nice post and is kind to our server as far as file size. Now if I can just get the pictures stamped with the URL from our site like hunting-pictures did, we will really rock.
