Hello,

I just picked up a dozen AXIS arrows, shafts only. Can someone explain the difference between 2 inch, 3 inch, and 4 inch vanes. I'm not sure if it makes a difference or not but I'm shooting a new XT, 29 inch draw at 70 pounds.

Thanks for your help

the 2"(blazers) will fly like the 4's at almost half the weight, there an excellent vane, what ever you choose, atleast give the 2's a try,you won't be disappointed.

Thanks for the info. One question regarding that. Do you use the same starting point closest to the nock when glueing the two inch vaines as you would the 4 inch? Does that make sence?

I keep mine the same distance back from the nock end regardless of the vane length .

I shoot blazzers for the first time this week. I shoot one series and they now have been replaced back with the quick spins!
