loon lake carson city

can anyone tell me anything about this lake?i heard some rumors of some nice gills and perch being caught.looking to go wensday,can anyone confirm the rumors?:confused:

I don't ice fish , but I do fish Loon in the summer time. There are some nice perch and gills in that lake , but you gotta find them. there is also some good crappie in there. Alot of small pike.
The lake is about 50 acres , so it's not too big. There should be someone arond to help you out.

Yup , come into Crystal from the south (M-57) , turn left at the bank and it's at the bottom of the hill. Called The Tackle Box. Ph. # 989-235-6413

Then go on around the lake. Follow the north shore till the balcktop ends.( blacktop goes left , on around the lake ) Go off onto the gravel to the first corner ( 4-way stop ) , turn right , go to the next road , turn left and go till you see the public access for Loon Lake.
