Kensington?

I was wondering if anyone does any good over in the bay in Kensington by the west boat luanch(I think its the west luanch). I have heard people doing good. But I never caught caught anything there. I fished it yesterday and didnt catch anything. I fished there last year and yesterday. i fished from 6'-30'.never got anything. I got a couple hits.

we had a good 7" and the shore was frozen all the way to the bottom. dont let the open water scar u.(unless it got bigger).

I went by Kent this evening just before dark on my way home from
fishing a good lake for a change! LOL!

I met 3 folks coming off the west launch whom caught micro perch
until they were blue in the face. Said ice was 5 to 6 inches where
they were at by the 3rd floating dock.

I then went by turtlehead and met 3 folks I know whom said they
caught 6 bluegills between them just before dark.
They said ice was 6 inches in most areas now except where
it was open a week ago.

Too many better lakes in the area now with good ice
to spend any time here IMAO!
Unless you don't want to get your hands cold!

I was out monday and caught about 30 perch 5 gills kept about 10 keepers want to go out friday and try it.Dont really kno about any other lakes around there and never fished them but if anyone has sugg. i would really appreciate them thanx good fishin p.s got a camera and fish finder so just point me in the way of the fish lol:fish:
