me and my dad went out on hamlin lake today.:eek: there weren't many fish biting. we set tip ups and we were bluegill fishing, but all we could catch was a few pinkie sized perch and a nicer sized bluegill. we only saw one tip up go off on the lake.:confused:

i have been going to hamlin every weekend and limiting out on big gills. last weekend was the first time we got skunked. it may have been from the cold weather. this weekend will be warmer than last so it may be a good time to try again.
just keep moving untill you find the school!:fish2:

I heard from a guy on Hamlin today that they are catching perch on Pentwater. No word on size.
