i bought a strikemaster power auger and the handle was broke on it. has anyone else have this problem. i called strikemaster and they are sending me a new one today. its still useable and cuts the ice like butter.strikemaster has great service and didnt even ask any questions. they just said sorry about that and the new handle will be shipped today.
