i fished lake george this weekend and caught about 200 perch, 20 crappie, 20 gills and 23 pike. the biggest perch were 8". the crappie were 9" the gills were small and all the pike were about 21-23 1/2". there were alot of fish but didnt get into the big ones. i didnt really move around too much either. i did catch 3 pike on a tear drop and a wax worm which was a blast.i was in 17 ft of water. i had a great time.it was thundering and lightning while it was snowing thursday. there were about 10"of ice. waxworms were the way to go and i never had a bite on a perch minnow. it was COLD!!!!!!!!!! but worth the good time.
