Oakland Lake/Reports

Was thinking of heading there tomarrow since my son doesnt have school, any reports on fishing and ice condtions would be great. Thanks!!

Ice is at least 6-7 inches on most lakes.Be careful of deep water,a lot of the lakes around here had open water last week,the open spots are mostly frozen over now,but thin!
Pike fishing was great last week,I don't know what it's like since the cold snap,probably slowed a little,I'll let ya know tonight;)
