Safe Ice In Sw Mich

Help, been to all my local lakes and am trying to keep from driving a hundred miles. I am looking to take the kids fishing on sunday...any ideas?

gun lake has some ice about 4 inches

hey jsut got off the chanal on gun lake it has plenty of ice pry around 5in great place to take the kids and get them hooked,,,cant keep the fish off your jig your kids wont be complaning about not catching fish
the fish arnt bad size eather here are my big fish for today 12in crappie and 9.5in gill

Pine Lake I believe its called? It's up in Cedar Springs, has 7-8" of ice.
