Just wondering if there is any safe ice on croton pond yet?
Now fishing both sides. Sm. side has been hard for weeks. Big side closed up on Fri. :)

Fished croton's "big side" for 4 hours managed a handful of 3 inch perch, 6 inches of solid ice

Seems like Newaygo county lakes for whatever reason have not been all that hot. Hopefully when it warms up a bit that will change.
