Port Sanilac or Lexington harbors?

Any updates on ice conditions...if any? I don't even care if the fishing is bad...I need to ice fish for big trout at least once this year! I figure that if there is any sort of skim or bad ice there right now, it will soon be fishable with the forecast for the week. Thanks :)

Port Sanilac as of 6:00pm this evening has a solid 2 inches of ice over the entire harbor. I fished right near the docks with nothing to show for my time. Water was pretty clear, just no fish. I drove by Lexington on the way home, and two shanties were out in front of the ramp. I don't know if anyone was doing any good. I hope to be out there next weekend if weather permits.
