Batten down the hatches, it's going to be a windy one!

I have a portable "shanty" that folds up into a backpack. It's pretty much a tent without a floor. The thing works great and I couldn't be happier with it, but if the wind doesn't die down it will be more like fishing from inside of a tent!

As always, Jason and I will be out from the Rollar Rink on Sunday on Crystal Lake (Mont County).

Ya, I can't say we've ever gone to Crystal and "let them up". We haven't been skunked since our first trip out though, can't complain about that :)

Hopefully some of these closer-to-home lakes will freeze soon, I know them a little better!
