Lake Erie Metro Park Help

Can anyone tell me how to get to Lake Erie Metro park from Lansing? ANy advice on techniques for this time of year. Much thanks-

its in the gibralter area--take 96e to 23s to 94e to 275s to sibley rd e to fort st s to van horn rd e to w.jefferson turn right and head down w.jeff until you find the park entrance ta da!!!!
