this will be my 1st time on houghton any good suggestions were to start how far out we will have atv if ice is good enouf any help woud be nice thanks

The ice is in fine shape up there, just stay away from river and creek mouths.

Try the middle grounds as they are catching nearly any kind of fish you would want out there. You'll have no problem finding it as it's the biggest concentration of people fishing.

How far is it? Is it walkable? This warm winter killed my intentions of buying a quad.
