Just got back from 2 week trip to LBDN. 1st. week, 12 walleyes over 26 in. all over 8 lbs ( 2-29 in. 1-30 in. ), lost 6 more large fish at the hole. 2nd. week fish moved, couldn't find them. Saw a few fish being caught on tip-ups. Couldn't believe people on the weekend guessing a least 500 people. Could not buy a fish on the weekends. Meet a guide ( Mark Peloza ) said a lot of people from south coming up cause no ice south. Nice guy gave me some advice-alot of guides will not do that. Got his web-site if your interested e-mail me. His rates are reseaonable, but opening seem to be threw the week. Some trucks on the ice, 10 to 14 ins. of ice. 2 cracks with alot of water coming out of them.
