ditto on the "Buckshots" for spoon jigging. They have worked great on the Saginaw River and the Bay, just couldn't prove it yet this year by me anyway. :( Occasionally use others such as Raps, Pimples, Crippled Herrings, Do-jiggers etc. Typically back to the Buckshots though. All the colors / sizes. For "ball" head (3/8oz - 3/4oz) jigging give me a short shank with an "eye" for a stinger hook up, variety of enticers and color (from a minnow head to plastics and from Chartruese to White) depending on when, where, weather, water etc.
