Got three different fish yesterday, 21" walleye, 25" mullet, 33" gar. What kind of sucker are these fish we call mullet. Mullett Lake spelling with two t's, named after the same fish? Jim

Looks to me like a Red Horse sucker.

Nice catch!! Good to see, considering I bought a chunk of land up there and plan on fishing black lake quite heavily in the future. Good pic. also!!

How did you catch that gar?

Gar and "redhorse" speared in the morning (redhorse near bnottom in 14fow are hard to hit), walleye on tipup about dark. Jim

That's one mighty big Red Horse considering that walleye is 21 inches.
