Well good ice is here for good I think. JeffK and myself were out New Years eve from 9:30 till noon and got about 15 fish each that were keepers. Lots of small ones but did get about a pound of fillets for my work. Not sure how Jeff did but he had some bigger fish then I. We were fishing in 4 fow just north of cotton road. He was supposed to go out New Year's day so I don't know how he did that day... Jeff, give us the lowdown... Yellowfin, are you going to get out with us for some of those hardwater yellowbellies???

hey gsepan,

Just let me know when. However, weekends are at a premium right now. Lots of fishing I'm committed to around the state. Hopefully going to an unfished private lake that I have access to with splitshot for mega-gills on Jan 20-21. Next two weekends I'm up north for pike and trout. If your little gsepan is not born yet and you can get away, you're more than welcome to join us for the gill fishing. But I'm running seriously low on perch,(down to 200 fillets), and I need a refill. Any chance of weekdays? Give me a shout when you go. I'll go if at all humanly possible.
