lime spreader

I am looking to buy a lime spreader.Is there much demand for people looking
to rent a lime spreader in NE MI oscoda co.I am willing to buy one.Is a 5 ton spreader too big for most people or do alot have ATV's
We have 800 acers and new food plots all the time.It is all sand and i dont know how long the lime will last so im looking to buy one!
