Newaygo area ice conditions

Can anyone give me a recent ice report for the Newaygo area? I was thinking about heading out in the AM to find some good ice. Any help would be awesome. Thanks -Tom

Good luck. Questionable for sure. The deeper lakes never froze and the shallow lakes are thawing more quickly.

Still fishin' small side of Croton 12/27. Have NOT been out there myself.

Been checking around, I saw a few people still fishing but when I checked ice it looked and felt dangerous. From shore I saw one guy drill a hole, Auger cut way too fast.
