Big Rapids Area

Has anyone has been out on the smaller lakes/ponds in the Big Rapids area today or yesterday? I was thinking about heading out there in the AM if the ice conditions were still safe. Thanks for any reports you can give me. -Tom

Haymarsh has ice 3-5". Was out there the 25th, caught a few gills.

thanks for the quick response Bob. Well.........Haymarsh is pretty shallow if I remember correctly. Was out there this spring camping. Heard there were some good gill/pike out there but never got a chance to fish. (too many barley pops the night before) Good luck out there!
