Fished Friday and today limit of perch in 8 to 10 inch range on Friday and 23 crappie today. Fished in 32-35 ft. of water with a Northland Forage Minnow with wax worms or spikes. Nice to get on Reed again.

That's an awesome catch! Sounds like all those dinky perch last year are starting to grow up. Also, nice to see the ice is holding up. I saw a bunch of guys out there today.

I had almost an identical experience. All good quality perch at the same depth. I was pulling them up one right after the other.

I stayed shallow and caught 12 perch on Friday. One guy stepped through in 20 fow over by Rosies :eek: . So I wasn't looking to explore any new territory. LP

I've been too darn chicken to venture out ; guess I missed some nice action though:rolleyes: ! Congrats on the nice catches!
