rabbits in hillsdale

anyone know if there is any rabbits or squirel spots in the lost nations state game area

i have been hunting lost nations for deer the last 8 years. there are more than enough squirrels to go around. all you have to do is find an area with a few oak trees and take a seat. every time out this year, i saw at least 10 squirrels at a time running around and getting ready for winter.

as far as rabbits, personally i haven't hunted the area for bunnies, but a guy i know does, with dogs and usually does pretty well. he hunts the thick, swampy areas.

there are a couple of places to park off of pittsford road that will allow you a short walk to some areas that have oak trees and squirrels will not be far away.
