Lock your vehicles and remove your valuables! Just returned from my daily ice check. Stopped at Ginos and there were ten or so vehicles there, I noticed a work van with a window smashed out, looked fresh I could see some glass on the ground. I know a guy that got ripped off last year at the launch by the spillway and another at Metro the year before. Nothing ruins a good day on the lake more than having some @$$ violate your vehicle and belongings.

Thats a shame, whats wrong with people. :rant: But on a good note yesterday my friend lost his phone at the Raft. The guy called his home, and said he found it. Only downside was he took it home with him to Lexington. Oh well, a nice guy, and he got his phone back. Glad there are still honest people out there.:)

Oh yah, that same friend, someone pulled up in his driveway yesterday, and stole his dog off its chain!!!! Whats wrong with people, my friends brother was devistated, hes only 11.:rant: :rant:

on a side note, i lost my wallet on the pere marquette river and someone was nice enough to send it back to me. there are still good people out there, we just gotta take care of the j/a's that do this stuff. can't be tolerated.

Is nowhere safe anymore? These lots seem to be having more and more problems with dirtbalz every ice season. And everybody used to always complain about the St. Jean launch, and say oh, you can't trust parking your truck in Detroit. Shoot, it's starting to get just as bad out in the Burbs.
