Saw a few drakes on the South Branch of Ausable on Sunday!! According to the Fly Factory www.troutbums.com (http://www.troutbums.com) they are going pretty well on the North Branch!!! Hopefully the Hex hatch will be starting in the next two weeks :)
Also saw many different caddis, sulphers, cahills and BWO's. Nothing was really rising though, I think the aluminum hatch had them pretty well scared!!!!!!

Was up to the South Branch again Last night. Looks like I missed out on some really good Brown Drake spinner falls earlier this week!!! I only saw a handful of Drakes, a couple of Isonychia and 1 stonefly. Just a few small Brookies and Browns rising.
Looks like the Brown Drake hatch is on the Downswing if not done on the South.
Hopefully this hot weather will bring the Hexes sometime this week!!!

Yup the Hexes have started! I have now heard it from five different sources. Hopefully I'll have a good report Saturday morning(If the water levels are good!)
