Im going crazy wondering if there is ice on kent lake, i think i might have to drive out there later today, will post my findings.

Yesterday morning Lower Stony was 85% skimmed over, the upper was ice covered from the dam to 28 mile. Couple more days like this and it might even be doable. Kids did have a great time sledding.:)

Like Twohats I drove past the Lake yesterday and there were Geese sitting in the open holes. I don't think I'd rush into it just yet. FRANK.

I would have to think that the channels should be ready to go after tonight. It is stilll going to be a little bit before you are out on a big lake though. I will be out tomorrow morning on a channel near my house slaying the gills and could care less about the big lakes right now. Good luck!

Went by there today and it still has a spot of open water at the "hole" by the 96 bridge. Back waters were all snow covered and may be ok by this weekend. Let me know if you and Matt are going to go.
