Hey, I know a lot of you are not fans of TUT at Houghton Lake but I am. I'm also glad to announce that there's been quite a shake up from the otherwise dull, in a rut routine that's TUT's been the past several years.......
The COC for HL has done what looks like a great job of revamping the activities for TUT! I was interviewed at last years TUT and since then I've been receiving e-mails and phone calls from the COC/TUT commitee all spring and summer. Looking for ideas, running ideas by me and others who had "volenteered" to be contacted.
Besides the un-timely warm weather and no snow conditions the past couple of years things have seemed to be have gotten into a rut for the past several years, which has also been blamed for overall decline in attendance as well. Not enough to do besides snowmobile and drinking! Well, not this year! They're trying to get TUT back to being a family afffair.......
Check out the HL COC TUT site for information! http://www.houghtonlakemichigan.net/
I'm planning on being there, hopefully both weekends! Hopefully I'll get to meet a few M-S.com'ers! :grouphug:
