This summer I had bought speed pro max. They were by far the wost arrows that i've ever used. Fast but so dam fragile. Imagine they would even brak when pulling out your arrows from the target. I would not recomend speed pros to enyone.
I would recomend cheetahs, tough and fast, killed 4 deer all with the same arrow.

Arrows are way too fragile anyway. They are junk.
And yes again...I think he's shooting the Cheetahs instead. Was in 3D season anyway.
Bummer to hear about that though....sucks spending $ on crap. That's a BIG reason I use the interent.

I had problems with Carbon Tech. would not buy them again if they were the last arrow company around. I had two differen arrows out of the same dozen break on a deflection. I have shot Gold Tip arrows for 6 yrs. and never have I had one of them break on deflection. I email carbon tech on the issue and they said it was bad luck on my part. Well the bad luck is them because I will never buy them ever again. Gold Tip here I come.

That's why I went to GT this year. Spent money on a bunch of Easton's that were crap too.

What carbontechs were you shooting? Last summer I happened to be shooting some carbon express CXL's at a 3d shoot. The other shooter in my group happened to be a rep for eastman, (carbon express parent company). I broke 2 arrows on deflections and not a word was said by the rep. No offer of replacement, not even "that sucks"
Its almost impossible for a company to warranty arrows, who knows what is done to them. You could snap them in half every year just to get a new arrows. Bottom line is that the carbontech arrows are American MADE and have super tight tolerances, dont splinter because of how they are wrapped and are high quality arrow.

They may be an American company but I will never buy them again. I was shooting carbontech whitetails and like I mentioned previously I had two arrows break out of a doz. on deflections. On my Gold tips I have shot and deflected arrows and I pick them up not even a scratch. I will be spending my money on Gold Tips.
