Good job on the fish!! But I do have a question on your filleting technique??? Cutting the heads and tails off and gutting them??.... Haven't seen it done like that before! At least not since my young days of scaling the fish (Houghton Lake bluegills) and cutting the heads and tails off with gutting them!

HE uses an electric as do I. The fish ends up looking like a fish with no eyes. Head spine and tail.

On the original post I meant kinda slow for keepers, it was nonstop small ones.

Yes they are actually two fillets on top of each other. I will finish ribbing and skinning today. Now it is time to pack for deer hunting. No more fishing until I get back from Hubbard Lake. tightlinesyall
