There is a new web site, http://www.nicb.org (http://www.nicb.org/)., that will allow you to check that hull number (or Vin number, in the case of autos) to make sure it is not a hurricane "salvaged" rig.

Thanks a lot. There area a ton of flood and hurricane cars starting to work their way into the used car market now. Cars that weren't totaled but under enough brackish or salty water that in a year they'll be rusting out from the insides.
