Out for from 10-2, ended up with 35 nice fish to keep SE of the weather buoy. About a dozen other boat around with various degrees of success. Might make it out Wednesday based on current weather forcast. Water was stained and the bite was very light. Caught some of the bigger 11-12's on a swedish pimple.

I'm with you John. Talked myself out of going. Took one look at that satellite photo and said why bother. And I can't even blame the weatherman this time.

I'm glad you got out. It looked nice out there today. My favorite method and lure to fish with. (Swedish pimple) Was it glow, Pearl or emerald grn? Whole minnow, just the head or red rubber bead?

last time out in the boat for me:sad: :sad: nick and i went out all day around 12 mile rd.caught fish steady all day long,kept. 76 nice ones from 8in.-11in...thew back about 300 small ones...slips and rigs both worked well...i can't post pictures from work anymore:sad: they hired some wiz-kid computer guru and he has blocked out everthing...i can't even send a e-mail with pictures back to my home computer and post it that way...well i guess its time to buy my own camaera anyway.

Thanks guys. Ed, I was using a silver with with chartruse backing and red tab on the hook. We then switch another rod to silver w. red bead harness and it started producing, but not the same size fish. We used whole minnows but hooked them through the eyes so they fluttered like the lure.

Going tomorrow because I have the time and cant go Thurs and Dad cant go Friday. Heading to Canada and will work our way back to 8-9 mile if it doesn't work or 12 mile like swamprat suggests.
