Favorite Pike Flies for LSC

What are some popular pike flies for LSC and where can you get them, thinking of giving spring pike a go this year. Also, what is your typical set-up, rod,line,leader?

In the spring the fish are usually shallow, big unweighted streamers, poppers and divers will take them. I will use either an 8 or 10 weight tip flex rod to beat the wind and toss those big flies. Bill Shearer makes some great pike and muskie flies.
