Cooking Wild Sheep

I am looking for some new wasy to cook wild sheep or ram or goat. I like to BBQ it but even that gets old after a while. Can anyone give me some new ideas on how to prepare this very tasty meet ? I really need some new ideas !

I shot a dall sheep about 4 years ago, and I found that the best way to cook the steaks was to marinate them in a smokey mesquite marinade by Lawrys and then grill it. The burger, I never could get anything to taste good with it, but the steaks were excellent!!
