I am going to deep fry a turkey tomorrow. I have done it before, and ussually I let it cook for 4 minutes a pound. But this time I am only cooking 1/2 the bird do I still let it cook for 4 mnutes a pound, or will it cook faster since it is cut???


please help

reduce it by one minute a pound, check it with a meat therm. and if it needs a little more drop it back in for a few.
