fished for perch at raisin river buey. couldnt get them to go. got 1. decided to troll into the bay. picked up 2 walleye on a deep husky jerk 65 back off an inline board.ran back for perch.marked a ton. wouldn't go got 1 more. decided to troll in. picked up 1 more walleye on another deep husky. all in tennessee shad. my go to lure.fish were in about 16-18 feet on the marina side of the bay.got some gps numbers.
some days you take what the fish gods give. i was happy just to pull these on a day when the fish were not biting.the perch are in thick but not biting. its just the old, you should have been here yesterday. i heard bad reports from all over except out past e-buey.
