40 HP Merc. Serial #3047695. I believe a 1970, or a 1971. It has a bad head gasket, and a few broken head bolts, otherwise you could start it and it runs fine. Could have that fixed, or it could be sacrificed for a parts motor. Re-furbished prop, nice newer impeller in the lower end, clean carbs.
